Abstract(EN)

English Translation

Digital media has made the exchange of information fast, accessible, and global. However, it has also created a serious crisis of privacy. Platforms like social media, news portals, blogs, and YouTube have democratized journalism, but along with this, serious challenges related to privacy and ethics have also emerged. Unauthorized public disclosure of personal data, photos, videos, chats, and location affects both an individual's dignity and security. This research paper analyzes the right to privacy, ethical responsibilities, legal provisions, and social impacts in digital media.
