Abstract(EN)

English Translation

The challenge today is how we can collectively empower economically disadvantaged women confined to their homes and families. Self-help groups can be a meaningful way to achieve this, enabling women to pool their small savings, showcase their skills, produce goods and services, generate income, and become self-reliant. In addition to economic self-reliance, their active participation in decision-making processes is crucial. Rural educated women, women representatives, nearby urban women, girls, and teachers have a duty and responsibility to actively participate in rural women's empowerment, ensuring the full implementation of programs for their holistic development and welfare. Ultimately, economically empowered rural women are an invaluable resource, and the growing trend of women's empowerment in villages is welcome.
