Adolescents' achievement motivation has a significant impact on their personality. This impact is more significant in urban students than in rural students. In addition, achievement motivation also depends on the family and neighborhood environment. That is, children whose parents encourage them after they have done work through their own will and diligence have high achievement motivation. This research study investigated the impact of achievement motivation on the personality of adolescents studying at the higher secondary level. The study was conducted among randomly selected higher secondary level students in Jabalpur city. During the study, Dr. Mahesh Bhargava's scale was used to measure personality and Dr. B.P. The analysis found that achievement motivation has a significant impact on the personality of adolescents studying at the higher secondary level.
