English Translation

In today's digital age, the internet and digital transactions have transformed the nature of commerce and economic activities. Commercial activities, payment systems, banking, and other services have become more accessible and faster through the internet. However, this has also led to an increase in legal issues and security concerns related to the internet and digital transactions. These digital transactions involve issues such as fraud, data security, privacy, and intellectual property. The purpose of this research paper is to analyze the legal aspects of the internet and digital transactions, with an emphasis on Indian law and international legal perspectives.
