Abstract
Urban populations are both major contributors to and potential mitigators ofenvironmental problems including pollution, climate change, and biodiversity loss, whichhave become urgent global concerns. This study looks at how print media, such asnewspapers, magazines, pamphlets, and other printed communications, can help urbanpopulations become more environmentally conscious. The study highlights the ongoingsignificance of traditional media in the digital age by examining the impact of print mediaon the spread of knowledge, the development of attitudes, and the modification ofbehaviour. The study also looks at the drawbacks, difficulties, and suggestions forimproving print media's ability to promote sustainable urban activities.
