Abstract(EN)

English Translation

Today we see that almost 70 percent of the country's population resides in villages, and even today India is called a country of villages. For this, it is essential that villages must be developed. And today, the development of villages has become synonymous with the development of the nation. For the development of villages, it is necessary that we identify economically, socially, and politically backward people in villages and take steps for their development, and that existing schemes should be properly implemented, and schemes for Dalit women should reach the villages. Education should be expanded at the village level. And special opportunities should be given to the Dalit community. Therefore, the country's development cannot happen until Dalit backward people receive proper representation. Hence, achieving proper representation for women is the development of the country.
