How are you all ..hope you all are doing good.

how are you feeling ,I meant not just in general sense ,like about your insecurities ,fears ,underestimating yourself , and MENTAL HEALTH?? go on pour your heart out

Felt conscious? That a random stranger is asking about your mental well being all of a sudden??!!

Well, my friend I guess this is the trend ..isn't it? to show on social media that you care about a certain cause just because everyone is talking about it.. people are giving numbers of therapists so that a person can contact and talk their way out of their issue

But is anyone comfortable talking about their issues to a stranger.. the answer is NO!

Whenever a person is going through an emotional breakdown which effects their peace ..they would love to talk a known like a family member ,a friend or anyone who would not judge them.. but many are not expressive of our feelings and many just not share just for the fear of being judged ..

This might seem like a rant but I have observed people posting stories on their social medias that if you are feeling depressed or having suicidal thoughts talk to me, we will sort it out or you can contact me anytime etc etc ..Let me tell you, most of them are just doing this to show that they care ,or they are not just some heartless homo sapiens.. THEY ACTUALLY DO NOT CARE.. because when you go to these people about sharing what disturbs you , they will listen to you at a point and then they will just say that they do not have time ,they do not want to take your stress upon themselves..

So, isn't talking about MENTAL HEALTH is reduced to merely a trend?

I would only like to say in the end, that just don't say something if aren't planning to implement it..

"TURN YOU WORDS INTO ACTIONS " because there is someone out there struggling with expressing their feelings and looking upto you!

And yes, if you help in reducing someone 's burden, do not show off that.
