However, giving too many examples is not a very good approach as it limits the innovative approach of AI

3. Give keywords: If you require certain keywords in your output write them down in your prompt.

4. Mention Tone: In offices or presentations a formal tone needs to be used while writing a letter to a friend needs and informal approach, Mention the approach required by you.

5. Mention word limit: Getting content of more than required word limit is a common problem. The problem can be avoided if mentioned.

6. Same topic same chat: When you want to edit a content generated by AI by providing additions to it. Using the same chat column can help as the AI model can easily visit the content generated before and make changes to it.

7. Mention Format: Define the type of layout required by you whether it is bulleted points, paragraphs or tables.

8. Recheck: The AI model isn’t going to give you perfect results every time you have to re-read and analyze the outputs repeatedly and make editing if and when necessary.
